The short answer is yes. At ChurchMouse Designs we value our customers and we are committed to protecting your privacy. ChurchMouse Designs does not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We may email you with information about new items that are added or specials on the website. Is my information kept private? TOP
All transactions throught this site are secure. The transactions are encrypted before being sent across the Internet. We use PayPal as our processor and the transactions are SSL encrypted to scramble credit card information when you enter it into the web browser and it is processed. What are my methods of payment? TOP
PayPal is our method of payment. Customers have the option of using credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover through PayPal; cash transfer or check.
A PayPal account is not needed to place an order!

Each garment is made exclusively for you if not in stock. Normally, all items will be shipped within 10 to 14 days. This is dependent upon the time of season (September - December orders may take a little longer up to but not to exceed 21 days). If a garment is needed for a special occassion or any reason, please let me know and I will do my best to get it mailed as early as possible for you. If you have any questions about your order, please contact me via email. I will respond within 24 hours.
Custom orders will normally take 3 weeks. Do I take international orders? TOP
Yes, I do. I will need to confirm all International Orders and will give you shipping charges at that time. We assume no responsibility for packages once they leve the United States. All duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. Can I return a order? TOP
At ChurchMouse Designs we make an effort to keep our customers happy. Returns may be made under the following conditions:
Sales Merchandise may be returned for a store credit only.
Holiday Merchandise is final as of the date of the holiday.
Personalized Merchandise may not be returned.
Custom Orders/Special Orders may not be returned (special sizing that is different than what is offered on the website, special colors, applique changes, applique deletions, etc.) appliques).
Return Policy: Purchases or gifts may be returned within 14 days of the day your received the order, unused, unwashed, in the orginial condition with all the hang tags in place for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges). The item/items must be in it's orginial condition with all tags attached. (I MUST STRESS THIS POINT) Please email: sales@churchmousedesigns.comto get a PreAuthorization Number before returning any merchandise.

THE NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE OR THE PACKAGES UNDERNEATH THE ADDRESS OR IT WILL BE REFUSED.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Sales become final 14 days after you receive the order - please do not return items to us later than 14 days after you have received them. Exceptions to this policy will be ath the sole discretion of ChurchMouse Designs and will be issued a store credit at the current selling price minus a 20% restocking fee. Customers do not need to have a PayPal account to order from our site. Do we accept phone orders? TOP
Yes, however we would prefer you to place the order via the site or email. Phone orders that are custom are the sole responsiblity of the buyer. They accept responsiblity for the custom work solicited. ChurchMouse Designs will do everything within their powers to make the custom work as understood correct.
However, no refunds will be given on custom work. How do the sizes run? TOP
ChurchMouse Designs clothing tends to run one full size different than those purchased in department stores. My length is normally longer. If your child is tall then this is a great feature. A sizing chart may be found on the site to assist you with your purchase. Are Special Orders/Custom Orders Available? TOP
Yes, I do special orders and custom work to your specifications. You may add capris, pants, bloomers, panties, change style of shirts. You may even have variations to applique colors or just leave an applique off of a garment. You email me with the specifications and I will do everything within my power to accomodate your request. I will email you a response with the the cost.
*All custom work in non-refundable/returnable. If the item ordered is not a regular part of my line then it is considered custom work. Again, I will do everything within my power to make the garment work for you within reason.
What is the cost of shipping? TOP
All packages are sent via USPS (United States Postal Service)
Priority Mail(normally 2 to 3 day delivery) - This shipping cost pays for the package and delivery confirmation. Shipping cost are calculated on solely based on the number of items ordered.
USPS Express(next day air) - $18.00 this is the way to go if you need a package in a hurry! Special Arrangements must be made prior to shipping, provided the garment is available. This would require that you place your order via the telephone.
International (Actual Cost) - the customer will be contacted via email of the shipping cost to receive a total of their purchase.
